Enver Moncada Castro

Dr. Enver Moncada is an attending physician of the Reconstructive and General Urology Unit of Fundació Puigvert. His clinical activity focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and urethral reconstructive pathology, with special dedication to urethral stricture.

He is part of the CSUR team for complex adult urethral reconstructive surgery, a reference unit of the National Health System. In his practice, he incorporates minimally invasive techniques such as laser prostate enucleation and Rezūm treatment, and participates in high-complexity reconstructive surgery procedures. During his training at Fundació Puigvert, he was appointed head of residents.

• Member of the European Association of Urology (EAU), the Asociación Española de Urología (AEU), and the Societat Catalana d’Urologia (SCU), including the working group on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia of the SCU.
