Board of Trustees
Our priority is to ensure the overall sustainability of Fundació Puigvert, protecting its financial health both in the short and long term and ensuring compliance with its mission, vision, and values. To secure the future, we integrate the three pillars of the ESG model—environmental, social, and governance—as key elements of added value.
The Board of Trustees maintains absolute independence: its members participate in a personal capacity, exclusively representing their own values and commitments, without institutional ties or representation of other entities. This independence is reinforced by our funding model, which does not depend on external grants or contributions from other organizations.

Management
The management of Fundació Puigvert is structured through the Executive Committee and the Management Committee.
The Executive Committee is made up of the Executive, Clinical, Care, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources directors.
On the other hand, the Management Committee defines the relationship —without a direct hierarchical dependency— between the different directors and executive functional areas:
- General Management, essential for institutional leadership.
- Executive Directors, who ensure excellence and professionalism in patient care.
- Functional Directors, who act as a transversal reference for the entire team and the operations of the Foundation.
