Ethical Channel

 

Fundació Puigvert has an Internal Information System that allows reporting, in the work or professional context, under the protection of the law, any irregularity that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.

The following individuals may use this Internal Information System:

• Employees and Board
• Self-employed professionals
• Anyone working for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Those who report information about offenses obtained within the framework of a previously ended employment or statutory relationship
• Volunteers, interns, and individuals in training periods
• Those whose employment relationship has not yet begun in cases where information about offenses has been obtained during the selection process

In the previous link, you also have available the Policy of the Internal Information System which regulates the rights and guarantees that assist informants.

The Internal Information System is not an emergency service. Reports submitted through this channel will not receive an immediate response.

If you wish to make a complaint about a matter that is not a serious criminal or administrative issue, the Internal Information System is not the official channel for submitting complaints. For this purpose, the Foundation has a Patient/Client Care service where complaints and, if applicable, compliments of a relational nature with Fundació Puigvert can be submitted.
